Job Description

Provides executive, consultant and business partner support to line management by driving formal organizational effectiveness and business review processes, and by partnering with HR colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and solutions for respective management group. Partners with internal service providers to ensure recruiting, benefit support, training & development, EEO/Affirmative action, and compensation support to meet the needs of the business. Personally partners with managers to ensure fair and effective employee relations.

Contributes as a member of the client group’s management team (executive level) to business strategy, operational goal setting, and budgeting to reach business objectives and expectations.

Acts as voice for the assigned client business into the HR management team (policy and process owners) regarding marketplace trends affecting HR, demographic development, and client business needs. Introduces/ implements new HR related services & processes into assigned organization.

Acts as the primary contact partner of management for assigned client group. Provide expert coaching to management and ensures timely, effective execution of all local operational personnel work ( hiring/staffing decisions, local organizational design, performance management, compensation decisions, HRD processes, employee relations and separation processes). Ensures legal compliance for area of responsibilitiy (inc. assurance of record retention).

Guides employees and superiors in employee relations conflict resolution (i.e. absenteeism management, working schedules coordination, performance improvement action planning)

Coordinates the interface to service centers (SC)regarding the full portfolio of HR related services (e.g. payroll) and coordinates the interface to centers of expertise (CoE) regarding the full portfolio of HR related processes (e.g. Human Resource Development (HRD)

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Three plus years of HR experience.

Must be able to work in the US without restriction for an indefinite period of time.
