Job Description

1) Determine, manage, and continuously improve overall supply chain strategy for Lincoln plant
2) Manage department financials / budget, investments, equipment, staffing, etc.
2) Manage Lincoln plant sourcing / purchasing
3) Manage Lincoln plant manufacturing scheduling (focused on productivity and efficiency),
4) Manage Lincoln plant internal logistics, including storage, delivery, pick-up, transportation routes, staffing, etc.
5) Manage Lincoln plant external logistics, including delivery, pick-up, transportation routes, business partners, etc.
6) Manage the Lincoln plant return and removal system (e.g., returnable packaging and supplies, scrap, recyclables, waste, etc.)
7) Manage / coordinate delivery, forecasting, and ordering activities between Lincoln plant and customers/customer service, as well as between Lincoln plant and suppliers.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Min. 5 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain / logistics
• Min. 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing / lean logistics

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management / logistics
• Master’s degree in supply chain management or related field
• APICS certification(s)
• SAP “super user”
