Responsibilities:
• Own silicon ASIC/ROIC bring­up schedule from power on to production release.
• Coordinating all activities with ASIC technical lead to ensure successful delivery of ICs.
• Track and oversee engineering deliverables, work packages, key achievements, budgets, and qualification/validation tasks.
• Identify and mitigate risks to schedule and program.
• Communicate status to cross­functional teams as well as upper management.
• Actively support ASIC concept and architecture definition.
• Bring ideas from concepts to ASIC design improvement.
• Coordinate Tape­out submissions and track ASIC supplier's activities.
• Track change management with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Apply quality assurance management (use of lessons­learned, peer reviews, risk assessment, etc.).
• Active cooperation towards process, methods, and tool chain continuous improvement.
• Support transition to mass production manufacturing. Job Requirements Requirements:
• BS/MS/PHD Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
• Min. 10 years' experience managing complex technical projects/programs.
• Background in semiconductor design or production.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills, and validated ability to coordinate with multiple technical and business teams.
• Results driven, highly motivated, creative, and have a proven record of handling multiple tasks at any given time.
• Have the ability to work independently requiring minimal supervision.

Preferred:
• Deep understanding of ASIC Technology (ROIC, CMOS, Power ICs) and Automotive Productization requirements.
• Understanding of image sensors and ROICs.
