Job Description

SUMMARY
Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated software solutions for Customers in North America.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
­-Work across organizations to prioritize feature content across multiple solution trains.
­-Work across organizations to balance resources according to business priorities.
­-Actively engage with customers in planning activities as required.
­-Provide program status updates on a regular basis.
­-Monitor program status, assess risk, identify issues and drive corrective actions.
­-Meet and exceed Software Quality Goals.
­-Achieve On Time Delivery and meet Cost Targets.
­-Share Lessons Learned and continuously improve Customer Satisfaction.
­-Achieve A­SPICE CL3 Assessment Results.
-Ensure team staffing, administration, and resource management activities are performed in a timely manner.
-Provide technical leadership to team and coaching of new employees.
-Develop and support employee training plans and career development.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
-Master's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
­-7+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
­-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
­-Excellent Technical Project Management Skills.
­-Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with Agile Software Development.
­-7+ years of experience across a variety of chipsets including Qualcomm and Intel.
­-7+ years of experience across multiple development environments including Android.
­-7+ years of experience working in a fast paced customer/consumer oriented environment.
-Demonstrated ability managing, coaching and developing others
