SUMMARY
Responsible to manage Transmission Control Module Programs for GM at BU Transmission NA­ Deer Park

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible to manage Program Launches, Schedule and resource management.
• Lead customer communications on day to day program topics.
• Lead and co coordinator of change management.
• Oversee and support in managing orders, volume FC and planning, Support Production issues and lead to resolution , Support long term Strategic Planning for business.
• Responsible for current business financials­ Budget volume vs FC - Sales and EBIT - Cost reductions­ margin improvement planning and support.
• Lead and manage New Product Launches - Gate keeper of NPL documents and process.
• Support quality goals and customer issues.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Customer management­ Build up relationship and maintain excellent.communication and team build spirit for internal and external customer base.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong Financial background, knowledge and experience.
