Job Description

The CSR intern would answer overflow calls for taking orders, handling inquiries, complaints, residuals, claims, and refunds. They will understand and possess knowledge about various Contitech products, how they are manufactured, and the applications products can be used. They will work on project assignments from other Fulltime CSR's and management. Estimated hours per week would be 20 hours.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of university studies.
Positive attitude
Team Player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office products.
