Job Description

• Ensure power availability and maintain power distribution system, BMS and Control Systems. Coordinates continuous improvement of the planned maintenance program.

Core Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing strategies relating to renewable energy and corporate sustainable development.
• Advising management on contributing to sustainable energy initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to the best practices & standards in the company as well as the legal requirements as stipulated by government relating to power distribution.
• Ensures Environment, Safety and Health requirement fulfillment in the plant. Informs and insures involvement of employees on ESH issues.
• Responsible for power bureau communication, electrical equipment selection and purchasing
• Ensure stable energy supply for the plant. In case of electrical services interruptions, conducts a root cause analysis. Continuous improvement of the system for energy supply and energy saving projects.
• Responsible for generating yearly budget and its adherence. Managing and coordination of suppliers for maintenance task.
• Organization of maintenance for the energy supply systems in the plant. Development of staff in the team.

Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in facilities in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Electrical Substation & Power Distribution System.
• Leader-ship experience 2 years minimum.
• Ability to work in an intercultural environment and matrix organization.
