Responsibilities:
As a part of the U.S. HR Communications Center of Expertise, this role will contribute to raising Continental’s profile as the most attractive and progressive employer, both internally and externally. This position will be located in California to support our growing need to attract and retain top talent in the tech industry.
• Work closely with the HR Communications/Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition teams to reach target groups that support the company mission of attracting the “Best Fit”
• Create compelling employer marketing content that attracts active and passive target candidates
• Develop social media content and manage the social media calendar
• Identify opportunities for local employer branding events and manage the event calendar
• Manage the content and marketing materials for the candidate experience
• Leverage opportunities to engage Continental employees in our employer brand efforts, converting them into true brand champions
• Ensure branding is consistent and impactful on social media, blogs, and various other platforms

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable education with 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Employer Brand Management, Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing, Marketing Communications, Social Media Management or related field. Experience in the automotive or electronics industry is desired.
• Excellent understanding of social media and analytics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to write compelling copy; strong command of English language
• Experience with content management
• Team player, goal orientated and a positive can-do attitude
• Ability to work with a remote team
• Strong collaboration and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
• Willingness for travel, up to 25%

Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable education with 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Employer Brand Management, Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing, Marketing Communications, Social Media Management or related field. Experience in the automotive or electronics industry is desired.
• Experience working in an international company or marketing agency preferred
• Design skills through Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proven experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
