Overview:
The St. Teresa, NM operation is the headquarter for S&A manufacturing coordination in USA/ Mexico (sales, customer service, consolidated warehouse operations, purchasing, Profit & Loss as part of Continental Automotive Systems US, Inc.) St. Teresa is an operation running in cooperation with a plant in Cd. Juarez, CHIH under the maquiladora concept. The Finance Director is responsible for Finance, Warehouse and IT in St. Teresa, NM. The Finance Director oversees the Controlling activities for Focus Factory S&A in Seguin, TX.

Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Finance, Warehouse, & IT Manages all financial operations (P&L, Cash Flow, Net working Capital, etc.) and accounting
processes (IFRS) incl. comprehensive analyses St. Teresa operation
• Target setting & monitoring of all financial targets/ business performance across the business segments
• Implementation of measures & strategies for continuous business improvement
• Ensuring financial & fiscal data integrity of the operations, as well as compliance with internal & external regulations
• Improving the processes along the value chain, esp. within Finance & Logistics to achieve best in class results
• Implementation of cost saving initiatives across the plant
• Responsible for communication with financial business partners e.g. Business Units, Corporate headquarter, tax authorities, etc.
• Managing of special business projects
• Coaching/ Controlling/ Leading Focus Factory Controlling Managers & Accounting Managers in Cd. Juarez plant and Seguin Focus
• Factory Controller

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Business Administration, MBA or equivalent. At least 7 -10 years of professional business experience with a managerial
function
• 7+ years of controlling experience (10 + preferred) including manufacturing and/ or automotive industry
• Minimum of 3 years leading projects or people
• Minimum of 2 years: working abroad, cross organizational or cross functional role
• Strong expertise in Accounting & Financial processes, such as reporting, budgeting, costing, etc. as well as project management
• Profit and Loss Responsibility in a Management position
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:
• Preferably 2 assignments in different management functions including management experience in different business fields
• Additional knowledge of Spanish is preferred, German knowledge optional
