Overview:
Responsible for understanding Americas business processes and financial systems capabilities. Primary task is to provide support to the local FI key users in the Americas (US/CA, Mexico, Andinas, Brazil), SAP security and improve management reporting and analysis. Member of the Global Key User organization.
Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting system processing for the month end close (ie. execute month end jobs, reporting of special ledgers) for all Americas locations.

• Support special projects including FI system enhancements.

• Liaison with KPMG for system control testing for the US.

• Support SAP integration with outside systems including HR, Concur, banks and tax.

• Ongoing support of maintenance of all sub ledgers, AP, AR, Asset, Credit, GL, Tax and Treasury in the Americas locations.

• Liaison between the SAP FI and the various business units within Americas. Job Requirements Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of Finance Experience OR 4 Years SAP support experience in lieu of degree
• 2 years use of SAP -good understanding of various SAP modules
• FI SAP experience
• Knowledge of business process
• Proficient Power Point skills
• Intermediate Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in Finance OR 10 years if no degree
• Strong analytical skills
• International Project Work Experience
• Multilingual is desired (German, Spanish, Portuguese)
• Full SAP lifecycle implementation
• Knowledge of SAP best practices
