Job Description

Position maintains compliance with governmental/non-governmental economic development
incentives, tax credits, grants, and other benefits for existing United States entities, expansions of
existing facilities/Greenfields, and entities acquired through acquisitions. Additionally position
supports Fort Mill Headquarters facilities controlling tasks.

Core Functions:
• Maintain incentives compliance plan /process for US entities
• Maintain central repository of documentation for incentives programs
• Support preparation of external reporting/filings required for incentives compliance
• Under direct supervision of manager, support the preparation of internal reports regarding incentives: compliance status, value realized, forecast value realization.
• Develop relationships with key internal customers (Human resources, Controlling, Management within Continental as well as relationships with State & Local officials)
• Support preparation of incentives applications for new incentives
• Maintain an understanding of incentives developments within governmental and non-governmental entities
• Support preparation of Headquarters Facilities annual budget, forecast, and actual results cost controlling.
• Support preparation of expense, capital spending, headcount approvals, and procurement activities for Headquarters Facilities.
• Support preparation of internal management reporting and strategic planning activities for Headquarters Facilities (i.e. facility space requirements, headcount development planning, cost estimations, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Bus. Admin or Legal
• Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience working on SALT, compliance filings and deadlines in one or more of the following professions; public accounting, law firm, corporate tax, or economic development/ site selection.
• CPA, CPA Candidate, MBA, or Paralegal
• SAP experience
• Exposure to government/ non-government incentives, incentives reporting, compliance and project management.
