Overview:
We develop Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, an emerging and innovative field in the automotive business. Using video, radar and infrared sensors, our end products are "looking" around the vehicle, and take actions like making the driver aware of dangers, brake the car or even steer it out of the harm's way. The final goal of this kind of systems is to help protect the lives of passengers and pedestrians alike.

You will be responsible to coordinate, from technical point of view, a worldwide team of experts in the radar/lidar field in order to ensure better, faster, more reliable algorithms able to run on high -end embedded systems and the best performance on the market.

Core Responsibilities:
- Technical lead of algorithm development team
- Effort estimation and time scheduling in coordination with Software, System and other disciplines in order to ensure a high quality deliverable
- Tracking of the software project's progress, project controlling and project reporting
- Ensuring conformity to processes
- Contribution to the project's risk management
- Coordinate with testing teams
- Participate in project and customer meetings
- Prepare technical documentations/ explanations Job Requirements Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in related engineering field, physics, mathematics, or computer science
• Must have completed internship in SW/Algorithm
• Experience in active safety electronic systems or other safety electronic products is a plus
• Medium know-how in change and problem resolution management
• Good software development process knowledge
• Good project management skills (incl. effort / cost estimation, project planning, monitoring, risk management)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge about the Product Life Cycle
• Basic requirements engineering skills
• Basic financial knowledge
• Willingness to travel (
