Job Description

This position supports the Information Technology team primarily with the deployment of Windows 10 to all desktop and laptop computers in preparation for Windows 7 end of life deadline.
In addition, this position will be used to assist the IT team to secure data for the implementation of the SMT tool so that proper management and audits can be made for TISAX ISO 27001 compliancy.

Core Responsibilities:
­ Work in an industrial work environment
­ Work with the IT team in a learning environment
­ Study and understand existing computer systems and how they communicate to production

Additional Responsibilities:
­ Upgrade office and manufacturing computers (where applicable) to Windows 10
­ Review department folder structure and securities to properly organize and secure data for implementation of the SMT tool. This tool must be in use by the end of 2018 to meet ISO 27001 compliancy

Core Capabilities:
­ Position must have some knowledge of computers and data security using Active Directory

Required Qualifications:
­ No degree is required for this work but applicant must be studying to obtain a degree in the IT
­ Fluent in English language (verbal, written)

Preferred Qualifications:
­ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
­ Basic understanding of Active Directory Job Requirements Requirements:

• Must have good academic standing (GPA of 2.8 or higher to be considered)
