Job summary/duties and responsibilities

• Develops Application Training specific to instructional content for web­based training materials.
Interacts with SMEs in planning and scoping requirements for curriculum
Reviews and tests new and revised curriculum offerings, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement; contributes to new curriculum or program ideas.
Contributes to storyboarding, authoring, and development of e­learning content and blended learning solutions.
• Project Summary : Develop training guides for high repeat customer complaints ­ Data set is based on complaints that are primarily successfully disputed but are high dissatisfiers for the customers impacting both 0­mile and warranty.
• Guides will be created based on the existing controls as defined in the assembly IE error and mistake proofing matrix. The target audience for the final product will be assembly setters, operators, process quality and maintenance technicians. Guides also to be shared with Continental customer service field reps for education regarding our processes with intent to prevent these claims from being raised. Content will include but not be limited to:
Definition of the control - Why is it in place - How it works - Ongoing verification - Qualification - What to do if the control/verification does not work as intended (reaction plan)
• Format to be established based on usage of the LMS. Existing work instruction for the use of related masters to be evaluated for replacement with approval of project deliverables

Knowledge, skills, & abilities preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience working with e­learning and blended learning programs, web­based training development, and asynchronous learning content preferred. In­depth practical knowledge of authoring tools e,g. Adobe Captivate and Presenter, Trivantis Lectura Inspire Camtasia and Snag­it, web­conferencing, other e­learning authoring tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for the purpose of documentation development, curriculum development, editing and communication.

•Complete fluency in English required. Other language skills welcome, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint, particularly as used in the development of instructional content.
• Highly self­motivated and self­managed; ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision.
• Ability to organize and work under strict time and production deadlines, while producing quality deliverables.

Requirements:
• Must be in good standing and currently enrolled in an accredited university degree program
• Must currently have a GPA of 2.8 or higher to be considered
• Must be a currently enrolled student working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree at an accredited college or university
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship by the company
• All students must provide their own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship

• Must be able to present scope of project
