Job Description

­Overview:
- Assist project and suppliers during quotation phase.
­ - Analyze proposals from suppliers and provide follow up.
­ - Support Supplier Component Review activities.
­ - Assist Re Design to Cost activities in projects.
­ - Gather data to prepare sourcing documentation and reports.
­ - Assist with BU Budget planning and preparation.

Core Responsibilities:
- Review BOMs, complete information in the system and track information with team members in different locations.
- Meet with PMs, engineers to discuss and follow up cost reduction efforts as well as to generate additional ideas.
- Learn to cost and identify the major cost factors in a BOM, discuss with internal peers and support RFQ process.­

Required Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in a US accredited degree program
- Must maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8

Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree program with a focus on Engineering or Business.
