Job Description

NOx Quality Administrative Support
Perform routine work within Exhaust and Emissions Quality department related to processing and reporting of NOx sensor warranty claims.

Core Responsibilities:
- Review and close analysis results in CQTS (Continental Quality Tracking System).
- Retrieve monthly delivery data from CQTS and update CPQM (Customer Product Quality Manager) Excel spreadsheets.
- Monitor and prioritize supplier analysis based on urgency as identified by CPQM’s.
- Request WRC (Warranty Return Center) for deeper analysis when requested by CPQM’s.
- Create customer reports as requested.
- Assist in preparing customer failure analysis reports, charts, graphs for reporting internally or to customer.
- Support CPQM’s with "No Trouble Found” investigations.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in a US accredited degree program
- Must maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8
- Pursuing an Associate’s degree or progress towards an Associate’s degree
- Proficient in Excel
- Must be available to intern year round
- Must be available to work 16 - 32 hours per week depending on workload and candidate's availability
