Overview:
6-­12 month internship to support the Compensation department.
Assists in the development and administration of compensation projects and initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:
• Assist with development of position description database through job & position evaluation
• Support communication for Continental's Rewards & Recognition program
• Assist benchmarking & completion of compensation surveys
• Assist data gathering for Compensation Integration Projects. Contribute in comparison of acquired companies' existing incentive modules vs. Continental incentive modules
• Assist with annual compensation processes including salary planning & annual bonus
• Assist with compensation related data integrity audits
• Various compensation data analysis
• Participate in the research, recommendation and implementation of project plans for process improvement and leveraging HR technology in compensation administration.
• Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Required Qualifications:
• Must be currently enrolled in a US accredited university/college degree program
• Must maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8
• Must be of sophomore class standing or higher
• Working toward at least a Bachelor's degree
• Strong excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Able to work 25+ hours per week
• Pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General Business, Economics, HR or related field
