Job Description

The Travel Management Intern will support the Travel Management Specialist in and focus on:

• Support Travel Management systems and processes for multiple countries
• Good communication skills -Will work with internal and external sources
• As a central function area has interactions with all Business Units
• Advance Microsoft Office skills
• Create Financial data reports with analysis
• Problem resolution - Identify root cause by talking with employee and external vendors
• Manage a support ticketing system for internal concerns
• Create system materials and train employees on system and processes
• Maintain internal web content
• Support of the travel system data files
• Project support that includes system changes and integrations
• Escalate to Travel Manager, Purchasing or IT and HR as appropriate

Basic Requirements:
• Must be enrolled in a US accredited university/college degree program
• Must maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8
• Must be of Sophomore class standing or higher

Preferred Requirements:
• Mid to high level excel skills
• Customer Service experience
• Travel or hospitality experience a plus
• Training experience a plus
• Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in Business or comparable
• Entry level experience with IT Programming (for system support and data files), Marketing ( for Communication and Training), and Finance (for reporting and analysis)
