As we continue to develop and grow our continuous processes of our three distinct flow cells, we have a need for Maintenance Technicians working our 12-hour rotating shifts. This individual will perform a variety of duties involved in the installation, alterations, maintenance, development and repair of plant machinery, equipment, facilities, and structures.

Principle duties & responsibilities include:
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of mechanical, electrical and manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Set up and operate machining tools such as engine lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinders, alter or construct replacement parts, recondition production tooling
• Maintain plant plumbing, heating, cooling, and related facilities and equipment
• Read and understand electrical diagrams and blueprints
• Knowledge of PLCS, electronic and mechanical systems
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Identify and resolve problems before they become costly and unmanageable
• Welding, fabrication and machining skills
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and utilization of lean manufacturing tools
• Self-motivated with high energy
• Value teamwork and the skills necessary to be an effective team member
• Assume the job of temporary team leader on a rotational basis
• Passion for quality workmanship
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Required to maintain certifications of plant safety and housekeeping practices
• Understanding of lean manufacturing
• Other duties as necessary Job Requirements Qualifications:

A 2-year technical degree in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics required OR 5 years of industrial experience in an electrical / mechanical field
Technical training and personal development is a plus
Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
Problem solving skills
Flexible to work any shift
