Job Description

Strategy Development

▪ Identifies trends and new product ideas and proactively communicates them in the BHSG organization
▪ Develops and prepares both tactical and strategic plans and budgets required to set a business relationship with shared mobility providers and fleet customers based on BU goals and growth objectives
▪ Drives product portfolio management by ensuring generation of strategic business plans
▪ Analyses market and technology and supports business strategy generation
▪ Analyses figures of sales, turnover and costs as well as the company's share for deliveries and marginal contribution for assigned customers
▪ Observes competitive activities

Customer Relationship Management

▪ Active customer relationship management on operational and management level
▪ Continuous and close collaboration with assigned customers to understand and communicate what is critical for ultimate customer experience

Leadership

▪ Global leadership of all BU activities towards shared mobility providers & fleets
▪ Global coordination of activities and strategies, and support of sales teams from other CBUs that cooperate with shared mobility departments or subsidiaries of traditional OEM
▪ Leadership of project teams to ensure project success including profit, time, and quality
▪ Actively resolves any conflicts arrising between people, teams and units
▪ Ensures that policies, regulations, and standards are uniformly understood, properly interpreted and strictly followed

Entrepreneurial Responsibility

• Responsibility for all commercial issues of the dedicated customer projects including development projects and corresponding sub­projects, engineering changes and price negotiations
• Responsible for development project planning including setting priorities, coordinate and monitor project success to guarantee project targets (time, cost and quality)
▪ Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with relevant local, state and federal laws and regulations
▪ Responsible to escalate issues including disputes, quality problems, cost issues or problems respecting time(duty to inform)
▪ Responsibility for project completion and project transfer to the KAMs

Quality
▪ Safeguards commited standards of quality guidelines (internal and external), quality awareness, customer quality
targets and observes customer care commitments
▪ Ensures that agreed processes and standard are strictly followed

Quality
▪ At least 7 years of experience in sales and business strategy
▪ Relevant business degree
