Core Responsibilities
•Work on problems of moderate scope with limited direction
•Performs testing and troubleshooting of engineering tasks
•Gathers, maintains and records engineering specific information

Additional Responsibilities
•Lead manufacturing continuous improvement activities including cycle time and scrap reduction, first pass yield, uptime, safety and productivity improvements
•Perform tool design as required for improvement activities
•Work with outside suppliers in the development, purchase, installation, debug and runoff of new equipment
•Train operators in proper operation of equipment
•Write/maintain work instructions and Production Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
•Troubleshoot/fix mechanical and electrical systems problems Job Requirements Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
•Strong analytical skills including GD&T, SPC
­PLC, AutoCad or Inventor experience
•Good Personal Computer (PC) skills

Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in automotive manufacturing engineering preferred
