Job Description

1. Creation and translation of corporate specification to plant capabilities and equipment.
2. Perform evaluations of materials and compounds.
3. Learn to disposition suspicious compounds and components.
4. Assist in troubleshooting and solving manufacturing issues.
5. Perform work in either the CVT or PLT side of the plant.
6. Issue written technical report
7. Develop computer skills required for specification creation and data collection.
8. Audit plant conformance to technical specifications and standards.
9. Become familiar with the economics of manufacturing and assist in control of green and cured waste.
10. Training and learning responsibilities of the PI materials department. Learning the practices and manufacturing procedure associated to the PI materials group.
11. Attend BT2 meetings as required.
12. Perform other duties as required by the PI Materials Manager.

Minimum Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
Experience:
Technical Skills:
Other Skills / Abilities: Inter­personal ability, good verbal communication skills, inquisitiveness, and observation, analytical ability, good problem solving skills, good organizational planning, have good equipment and technical knowledge, and good computer skills.

Basic Requirements: Bachelors degree in chemistry or chemical engineering or related field.

Must be able to work in the US without restriction for an unlimited period of time.
