PLT Final Finish Floor Supervisor

Direct activities of both hourly and salary parity personnel to reach and maintain a high level of quality, schedule attainment, efficiency, maintenance, adherence to environmental policy, housekeeping and safety. Responsible for all training, discipline , and scheduling overtime and vacations for all final finish employees. Responsible in seeing that warehoused product meets all customer requirements.

Direct activities of employees to maintain quality, quantity, and safety.
Training employees.
Housekeeping.
Paperwork.
Perform other duties as directed by the Department Manager. Job Requirements Basic Requirements: Associate's Degree or 2 years supervisory experience required.
