Job Description

Overview
In this role, you will work closely with functional departments to stabilize processes, maintain and improve both the machine acceptance process, and process acceptance procedures. You will also establish and implement work instructions, and confirm specifications and quality requirement.
Core Responsibilities
• Creates and optimizes process related documents, performance reports and guidelines
• Create process documentation, work instructions, training relevant material and train the trainer
• Leads problem solving during the PAP and MAP phase
• Ensures compliance with all OHS & EHS
• Defines process to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Guides and coaches team members to ensure adherence to all processes & procedures
• Implementation of corrective actions to reduce scrap, rework / work off and increase stability, efficiency and tire yield requirements
• Responsible of process industrialization according plant and central release procedures and requirements
• Conduct all necessary studies to monitor and document process stability
• Initiate activities to ensure process performance on required level with respect to efficiency, stability, scrap level
• Responsible Final process approval with respect to efficiency, stability and scrap level
• Conducting structured problem solving, incl. lessons learned documentation and implementation

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO and TS 16949
• Adaptability to international working team
• Knowledge of 8D, 5-why, Pareto, Check list problem solving tools
• Ability to read and speak English
Preferred
• 3+ years of experience in tire manufacturing
