• Work in a fast paced team environment with R&D and Manufacturing to grow the global automotive hose business
• Develop and maintain market share in existing products and grow new segments. Handle a variety of inquiries and create knowledge of systems and processes for our products. Own the process of contract review, APQP commercial responsibility, work with SAP to track sales and margin and align with other regions for the global business. Track and bill customer tooling and manage new launches, maintain product pricing and quotes, and work with global team members on specific customer projects.
• Willing to work hard, and do whatever it takes to continue the product and market leadership for our product line. Looking for creativity, integrity and teamwork attitude.
• Handle multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate quotes and all supporting documentation and work with associates in sister plants in Mexico, Slovenia, Germany and China.
• Focus on designated product area responsibilities while coordinating global programs


4 year college degree, preferably a technical degree
3-5 years experience in marketing/sales with demonstrated experience in costing, pricing, and product positioning
Highly organized, self-motivated and energetic person that has a desire to help grow our automotive hose business.
Able to clearly and concisely communicate so that the message is understood by people where English is not the primary language.
Ability to adapt to multi-culturable working environment
Functional knowledge – Possesses knowledge of the principles, practices and standard methodologies of sales coupled with a knowledge of the standard marketing programs to provide advisory services.
Capable of understanding financials, thinking globally and action locally and following industry standards.
Demonstrated experience and skills in Sales, Marketing and Analytics.
Experience in SAP or some ERP a must
Experience in all Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) with demonstrated abilities in each.
Ability to travel approximately 10% both domestic and international.
Creative thinker and problem solver
Able to work well in a multi-discipline team to meet sales and EBIT goals; provide solutions and gain consensus.
Experience in the automotive industry and account management is preferred.
Fluency in second language is preferred.
