Manufactures products by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring work flow.

1. Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
2. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
3. Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing quality checks and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within production processes; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation and communication within and between departments.
4. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting production results accurately.
5. Maintains product quality by enforcing established quality standards.
6. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs as required.
7. Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
8. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
9. Participates in auditing processes as required. Participates in continuous improvement activities.
10. Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests. Job Requirements • High School Diploma, required
• Prior supervisory experience in a fast paced manufacturing setting
• SAP experience, desired
• Knowledge of the following abilities: Lean techniques, automotive manufacturing, coaching, managing processes, process improvement, production planning and dealing with complexity
