Overview:
Customer interface for Advance Quality related topics, ensuring customer specific requirements are fulfilled. Lead in problem solving activities for FCA projects within Segment OSIS. Track & report Quality KPIs to segment management and escalate as needed. CBS Coach for BU Admin activities, defining roadmap and tracking improvement projects.

Core Responsibilities:

- APQP Activities for all OSIS FCA projects globally

- DV & PV definition and tracking

- Maintenance of Quality system status and work packages

- PLC project compliance

- Coach CBS Admin projects for BU PSS Auburn Hills

Additional Responsibilities:

- FCA Warranty trend analysis and monitoring with production plants

- Support Hardware and Mechanical discipline object reviews

- Coach production team members on customer specific requirements.

- Designs, implements and maintains quality management protocols and follows the process for product development.

- Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of development and/or manufacturing processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution.

- Designs methods for inspecting, testing and evaluating the compliance of development within the process, production equipment and finished products.

- Performs analysis of reports and data to identify trends and recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.

- Assures compliance to in­house and/or external specifications and standards (e.g.. ISO/TS, APQP, Six Sigma, CSR).

- Coordinate and lead CBS projects within BU PSS North America, aligning with corporate and BU strategic projects.

- Project Management: Demonstrated advance ability of applying fundamental Project, Customer, and
relationship Management Principles with the successful ability to negotiate.

- Leads projects or sub­teams with internal and external customers Job Requirements Basic qualification:
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of automotive experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality role
