Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Support OES Account Managers with data download from B2B OEM Customer Portals.
• Support OES Account Managers with CPV (Price increase) quote and negotiation preparation with SAP Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Bill of Material (BOM) download and other information to successfully substantiate cost and complete negotiation.
• Maintain SAP sales price accurately to reflect customer PO price.
• Analyze AR issues by working with Corporate AR teams and OES Account Managers to ensure that all aging AR topics are resolved.
• Support OES Account Managers with supporting documents for successful negotiations with Customer Purchasing Management and Accounts Payable
Organizations to resolve AR related issues.
• Analyze weekly Price Update data from Corporate Account and identify if OES part list with price updates and inform OES Account Managers to ensure that price updates are accordance with Customer agreements.
• Maintain CPV (Price increase) tracking file and provide quarterly update to Controlling for CPV reporting.
• Analyze FUSE data to find past model product transfer (POM) opportunities and inform OES Manufacturing locations so product transfer can be initiated.
• Maintain transferred (POM) part list and periodically calculated actual YTD revenue from product transfer (POM) by part number.
• Prepare forecast related to product transfer (POM), PTN, LTB, etc, and provide to Manufacturing Locations and OES Account Managers.
• Distribute RVO and CDP Forecast to OES Sales and Operations Teams on a monthly
basis for monthly Sales and EBIT preparation.
• Support OES Account Managers to upload quotes, LTB, EDO, etc. data in ODW.
• Maintain product family tree in ODW by maintaining known part supersession relationship.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in Finance, Logistics, Program Management, Sales.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters Degree.
• 2+ years of Automotive Sales experience.
• Experience in Automotive Industry, especially in Automotive Service Parts or Aftermarket Products.
• Experience in using Automotive Customer Portals (B2B).
• Experience using SAP.
• Experience in using advanced Excel and Data Analysis.
