Job Description

Coordination and processing of sales tasks within the customer­ or regional teams.
Sales support for the KAM and participation in the implementation of the sales, turnover and profit contribution targets defined by the PTG for the customer and/or sales regions.
Joint implementation of customers (new) projects with internal and external contacts.

Main Tasks:
▪ Preparation of price quotations for new parts and running series
▪ Accompanies price negotiations with the customer and implements the results internally
▪ Generates the necessary documents to assess the profitability and implementation of price packages
▪ In coordination with other internal departments, compiles all documents relevant to the submission of tenders and forwards them to the customer
▪ Actual working knowledge of using customers portals and sub­systems FCA, Ford & GM (minimum). Advanced level preferred.
▪ Automatically creates quantity­ and turnover­forecasts for the customer area
▪ Creates the basic data for budget and strategy planning
▪ Creates turnover and margin analyzes to prepare for internal and external margin improvement actions
▪ Maintains customer and article master data, scheduling agreements, orders, price lists, and FC / planning data for own customer area in the SAP and "APO" systems
▪ Initiates and coordinates processes for new article implementation
▪ Accompanies batch delivery of parts by creating quantity / turnover / margin FC and budget
▪ Edits invoice differences of the own customer area and clarifies these with the customer if necessary
▪ Checks and confirms purchase statements / contracts for completeness and accuracy and clarifies any discrepancies
▪ Creates and maintains scheduling agreements and orders and processes faulty EDI delivery schedules in the SAP system
▪ Creates tool orders internally and keeps track of milestones with mold management
▪ Supports customer service in the care of factory dispatchers worldwide in critical delivery situations and especially during start-ups and ramp-down
▪ Keeps in touch with customer functions such as QA, accounting etc. to support internal areas at PTG
▪ Keeps contact with the technical development of the customer within the scope of the commercial responsibilities if needed.

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field. If without a completed degree, must have 3 -5 years of related industry experience.
Experienced in economics of automotive OEM business
Actual working knowledge of using customers portals and sub-systems FCA, Ford & GM (minimum).
Experienced in communication in an international corporation
Experienced in SAP processes related to master data maintenance and reporting is preferred.
