Job Description

The Sales Coordinator actively supports the development of our competitive position at North American Divergent Mobility Group customers and follows up acquisition, development, sales, and competitive activities.

We manage technological challenges over the full supply chain from raw materials up to the interior trim parts and are a source of inspiration to support our customer design visions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supports the sales managers in preparation of tactical and strategical plans for respective OEM's by intensive communication and broad market knowledge
• Support in receiving necessary documentation and approvals from customers
• Consulting of processing trials for new projects at customer plants
• Support in management of receivables and overdue accounts
• Support of Sales Manager and Project Engineer in all project related topics especially documentation and management of trial batches
• Responsible to escalate issues including disputes, quality problems, cost issues or problems respecting time
• Consultancy for dedicated customers with regards to technical and styling issues
• Identification and communication of new projects / demands / wishes / innovations from customers into the organization
• Continuous observation of customers sales forecast from all affected plants for assigned OEM customers including immediate clearance of sales forecast abnormalities with Tier1-responsible colleagues and escalation to sales manager if needed
• Monthly sales forecast consolidation and report preparation for Sales Manager

Required Qualifications:
• Degree in technical, science or business studies (university / university of applied science)
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience
• At least 3 years sales experience
• Language skills: English language business fluent

Desired Qualifications:
• Spanish language business fluent
• User experience with SAP R/3
