Job Description

The Customer Center covers regional business of Engine Management Systems for Gasoline engines,
Diesel engines. Main goal to is grow profitability in ES business at GM for Continental in the NAFTA
region.

Responsibilities include:
Leadership:
Functional line management securing the performance quality of direct reports and disciplinary line management for direct reports in the areas of HR: Source, Develop, Separate, Monitor / Enable, Coach & mentor direct report; Give and receive feedback.
Strategy:
Understand customer road map and needs by establishing a strong customer relationship.
Sets and implements customer center strategy and roadmap, business goals and budget targets, increase business volume and profitability in agreement with the BU strategy and BU goals.
Promote inter segment exchange and knowledge sharing KPI & EBIT.
Responsibility and controlling of customer center key data performance and business process.
Responsible for customer profitability.
Project Management:
Responsible for project execution with support of engineering, quality and manufacturing.
Lead project management by eliminating road block encountered the project terms.
Budget:
Responsible for planning and reaching sales and R&D budgets.
Quote Setting boundary conditions and targets for the overall quote strategy.
Quality:
Responsible for project quality, quality monitoring and continuous improvement of customer quality Competitiveness and growth.
Responsible for business growth in North America region. Lead acquisitions.
Manage minimum level of medium and/or large account(s) volume between EUR 50m - EUR 150m.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Master’s preferred.
Minimum 7 years (10 years preferred) Business Development experience.
Must qualify as managing minimum level of medium and/or large account(s) volume between EUR 50m - EUR 150m
Minimum 2 years experience in a Sr or Lead Sales and Business Development, Technical Project Analyst, or Technical Project Lead, or Account Management Lead positions..
