Responsibilities:
The US Employer Branding is part of US HR Communications Center of Expertise reporting to HR Country Head. Our integrated communication approach aims to raise Continental's profile as the most attractive and progressive employer, both internally and externally. We ensure that the right talents come to Continental and nurture employees' engagement and identification with their employer.

This position will be based in Fort Mill, South Carolina or in Auburn Hills, Michigan

• Further development and implementation of the U.S. rollout of the international employer brand strategy of Continental as the most progressive and attractive employer (In collaboration with Global HR Communications and Employer Branding)
• Creation, implementation and controlling of national employer branding communication campaigns and communication measures
• Creation, realization and distribution of national employer branding marketing products (print, digital, pictures, videos, etc.)
• Consulting of local employer branding community in terms of development, design and creation of location specific human relations marketing measures
• Enhancement and maintenance of central employer branding toolbox
• Steering of external agencies and service providers
• Work closely with Internal HR Communications and Recruiting to reach target group and support company mission of attracting the "Best Fit"
• Build compelling employer marketing content that attracts active and passive target candidates Job Requirements Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years profound operative and strategic Brand Management/ Employer Brand
-Management & Marketing Communications experience, preferable in the automotive or electronics industry.
-Conceptual strength, creativity and instinct for details in terms of content and design
-Excellent understanding of social media and analytics
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to write compelling copy
-Strong command of English language
-Experience with content management
-Team player and goal orientated
-Strong collaboration and multi­tasking skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
-Willingness for occasional travel up to 20%

-Experience working in an international company or marketing agency preferred
-Experience with video storytelling
