Job Description

SUMMARY
Lead all Product Software Integration activities in a global team to meet committed customer timelines.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
-Plan, coordinate and lead all Product Software Integration activities in an Agile/SAFe environment.
­ Implement and maintain the Continuous Integration Pipeline for products and variants.
­ Enable Continuous Delivery through Continuous Integration and Test Automation.
­ Drive and improve performance KPIs including Stability.
­ Meet and exceed Software Quality Goals.
­ Perform structured problem solving including Root Cause Analysis.
­ Share Lessons Learned and continuously improve the Software Integration Process.
­ Lean and Robust Documentation required to meet A­SPICE Standards.
-Ensure team staffing, administration, and resource management activities are performed in a timely manner.
-Provide technical leadership to team and coaching of new employees.
-Develop and support employee training plans and career development.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
-Master's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
­-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
­-Excellent Technical Project Management Skills.
­-Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with git, gerrit, jenkins, JIRA and Confluence.
­-Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with Agile Software Development.
­-Expert in C, C++ and JAVA.
­-7+ years of experience across a variety of chipsets including Qualcomm, TI, STM.
­-7+ years of experience across multiple development environments including Android.
­-7+ years of experience working in a fast paced customer/consumer oriented environment.
-Demonstrated ability managing, coaching and developing others.

­-10+ years of experience across a variety of chipsets including Qualcomm, TI, STM.

-PMP Certification.
