Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Software Cross Model Issues.
­- Managing and coordinating of Software internal requirements.
­- Responsible for Microcontroller Resource Management.
­- Monitor and support implementation of software requirements to meet with customer requirements.
­- Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product.
­- Support project quotation phase and with experts to determine SW Architecture and Memory resources.
- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design.
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, etc.

Core Capabilities:
- Create Software Architecture document using specified tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Capable of effectively applying technical knowledge to solve a range of problems
­- Problem Solving: Capable of detecting, recognizing a problem, identifying the nature of the problem, carefully inspecting and finding facts and developing a clear picture of the problem.
­- Research and Development: Capable of critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of new and complex ideas
­- Analysis / Synthesis: Capable of making a systematic comparisons of two or more alternatives.
­- Project Management: Capable of applying fundamental Project, Service and Relationship Management Principles.
­- Proactive: Seeking out open issues and actively persuading global team members to close them out.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering related field.
- Able to establish priorities effectively.
- Work under minimal supervision.
­- Good communication, team, and presentation skills and be willing to work in distributed global team.

Preferred Qualifications:
­- Masters Degree in engineering related field.
- 5 years related experience in Software/Systems Engineering.
