Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
• Quote projects including test cost, man­hours, and project timing
• Complete a compliance matrix and DV/PVP&R
• Procure and understand the required specifications as awarded
• Order DV/PV samples to meet project deadlines and track parts
• Quote external testing and submit CEOS for awarded business
• Arrange for internal testing with Fuel Supply Lab (FSL) work orders
• Follow the general process for lab work orders
• Update schedule with internal and external testing while confirming resources
• Check­in DV and PV parts and bin them with the appropriate FSL storage tags
• Track spending by updating PO Tracker with invoices as tests and reports are complete
• Review data and write Engineering/Customer reports

Additional Responsibilities:
• Attend weekly customer meetings
• Continue to update DV/PVP&R throughout the program
• Notify engineering of test failures with a 5­phase/8D as required
• Finalize DV/PVP&R and validation complete documents and store in the appropriate locations.
• Support the creation of work instructions and data templates
• Support new fixture designs and builds

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in engineering
• At least 3+ years of automotive test and validation engineering experience
• 1+ years of experience working with National Instruments LabView
• Prior experience with customer interface responsibilities
• Proficient with excel

Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters degree in engineering
• 5+ years of automotive test engineering experience
• 2+ years of fuel module experience
• Demonstrated proficiency & knowledge of DV/PV and engineering change requirements
